Professional pricing

Approved firms receive preferred professional pricing across all Freeform collections, as part of a program built to support ongoing relationships with design professionals from design and specification through quoting and purchase.

Distributor Partner Program

Supporting specification through procurement.

Freeform Lighting works closely with professional lighting and electrical distributors supporting specified and commercial projects.

We value the role distributors play in commercial bidding, submittals, contractor coordination, invoicing, and delivery. We support that work with responsive quoting, technical documentation, and direct project coordination, helping distributors move the project forward while keeping the original design intent intact.

Professional Programs

Questions about working with Freeform.

Our Trade and Distributor programs are designed to support professional projects from specification through quoting, purchasing, delivery, and beyond.

Who qualifies for the Freeform Trade Program?

The Freeform Lighting Trade Program is open to professional firms, including interior designers, architects, lighting designers, interior architecture firms, hospitality and commercial design studios, procurement firms, and design-build practices.

What pricing do Trade members receive?

Approved Trade firms receive preferred professional pricing across every Freeform collection, with direct quoting and project support from a dedicated Account Manager. The relationship is intended to extend beyond a single project, giving your firm a consistent point of contact and professional pricing as new work develops.

Do I need a resale certificate?

No. A resale certificate is not required to qualify for the Trade Program. Trade approval and tax-exempt status are separate, and applicable tax will be charged unless valid resale or exemption documentation is on file.

How do Trade samples work?

Approved Trade firms receive one complimentary Materials Sample Kit per design office location. Production-grade color-temperature samples are also available for project-specific evaluation as temporary loans.

How is the Distributor Partner Program different?

The Trade Program is for professional design practices. The Distributor Partner Program is for professional lighting and electrical distributors purchasing or reselling Freeform for specified projects. Each program has its own pricing structure and application.
